Freshmans
wants you to be pleased with
your shopping experience. Returns with a receipt or confirmation of a
computer transaction are accepted for up to
60 days. We are sorry but we cannot refund shipping. Exceptions are
Estate Jewelry pieces that are sold as is and are returnable for 15
days if received in the same condition as they left the store. Special
order or cut to order merchandise is not returnable. Returns may be
subject to a 15% or $5.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee.
